These are the terms for using the Gliddi website and the Gliddi apps. Gliddi is early software under active development and these terms say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

You can read it. Accounts are created at login.gliddi.com, not here. If you write to us, we will use your email address to reply and, if you ask, to tell you about Gliddi, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to the address above. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not use Gliddi to break the law, to send malware, to harass people, or to try to break into the service or anyone else's account. We can suspend an account that is doing any of those things.
Everything you write in Gliddi belongs to you and to your organisation. We claim no ownership of it. We process it only to give you Gliddi and the features you use, such as storing and delivering your messages, letting you search them, and syncing them to your devices. We do not process it for anything else. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, you allow Gliddi to read and write events on it for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy: showing your meetings and placing the ones you schedule in Gliddi. You can disconnect it at any time from Settings, which deletes our copy.
Gliddi is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it correct and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of faults, or that it will never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can stop using Gliddi whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders rather than leaving you to spot it.
